Our agency provides quality care and services to all individuals. Our love and devotion to the disabled and elderly population is the main strength of this agency.

Each individual recipient will be assigned a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - who is required to receive 16 hours of orientation training before they are allowed to work with any recipient. DSP must also acquire 16 hours of annual training, per the Department of Health and Hospital rules and regulations. DSP's will perform the following duties:

Personal Care
Hands on support and care to individuals from birth to 150 years of age. Bedside advocate for those confined in a hospital or bed and need assistance with communicating care.

Direct Services
To provide assistance with all areas of ones daily living such as: dressing, feeding, bathing, hygiene, grooming, toileting, advocating, and ambulation.

Support Services
To provide linking and referral services; supports to aid with the  functionin of home and community tasks such as; assignment of a peer for added support; self-medication training for aids and family, self-advocacy training for aids and family, independent living skills training, transportation to medical appointments, and to social and recreational activities.

Emergency Services
To accompanied to the hospital in and emergency situation, evacuate at first call of volunteer evacuation, intervention to prevent any form of institutionalization.  

Bedside Advocacy
To assist the individual in the hospital with speaking and understanding medical officials and procedures and to aid with needed assistant during his/her hospitalization.
